You have the right to return the products you bought within 15 calendar days from the day of receipt and request their replacement or refund!
CAUTION! The products and their packaging must be in excellent condition (not used) and must be accompanied by all accompanying documents (Receipt, labels, etc.). Returns that do not meet the above conditions will NOT be accepted and will be refunded at your own expense.
All changes are made to the purchase price of the product.
CAN I RETURN A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT?
We take 100% responsibility for all the products we have sent. If your product has a defect in materials or construction, call the Customer Service Center at 289 150 0101 and we will suggest a solution.
COST OF RETURNS
The return cost for change is Free and the replacement cost (new shipment) is € 4.99 and you pay upon receipt of the new parcel.
ATTENTION in order for the above to be valid, the return should be made exclusively with the cooperating Couriers (General Post or ACS). In any case, all costs must be covered by the customer.
CYPRUS - EUROPE - OTHER COUNTRIES
For Cyprus and abroad, the cost is borne by the customer and can be done with any transport company the customer wishes!
The process is simple and done in 3 easy and fast steps!
1. A) You place the product or products & the order document together with the Retail Receipt in the carton.
B) You close the carton in such a way that our elements inside the carton are visible from the outside.
or Write the following items on a piece of paper and stick it on the outside of the carton

2. You call the courier company that brought you the parcel (ACS at 210 8190000 or General Post Office at 210 4851100) and ask them to pick up the parcel from your place or you go to the nearest store (of the courier company that brought you the parcel) and you send us your parcel, at the recipient's expense.
3. We will call you as soon as we receive your parcel to complete your change together!
In case you do not want to be replaced with a new product, the refund process takes place within 14 days from the date of receipt of the return in our warehouse and is extremely simple as long as you inform us by phone at 289 150 0101 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The amount we have to return to you is equal to the amount you paid when buying your products, after deducting the return costs which are € 4.99.
The refund is made by deposit in your bank account in one of the following banks: Alpha Bank, Piraeus Bank and National Bank.
