SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders placed until 14:30 at noon of any working day are sent on the same day (SAME DAY), otherwise they are sent the next working day!

Shipments are made by the shipment management department of TsampaRouxalaki.gr, only on weekdays (except weekends and holidays).

Delivery time

GREECE: Crete & Attica> 1-2 working days

Rest Areas> 2-4 working days

CYPRUS: Standard Delivery> 7-10 days

Express Delivery> 2-3 working days

EUROPE> 2-4 working days

* Delivery times may change due to unbalanced factors such as: bad weather, strikes, holidays, holidays, etc.

Shipping cost

GREECE: For orders worth € 50 and over, shipping is Free, otherwise shipping costs are € 2.00. Returns for change are Free and the replacement cost (shipping and cash on delivery) is € 4.99!
CYPRUS: Standard Delivery € 7.99 (Free for orders over € 70). Express Delivery € 14.99.
EUROPE: Express Delivery € 14.99.
* Returns of products from Cyprus, Europe and other foreign countries are made at the customer's expense.

SHIPPING METHODS

GREECE: All orders in Greece are sent by ACS Courier or General Post Courier.

CYPRUS: All orders in Cyprus are sent by General Post Courier.

EUROPE - OTHER COUNTRIES: All orders in Europe and other Foreign Countries are shipped via DHL Express.

The listed prices include VAT.

If the country to which the products are shipped and delivered is outside the European Union, there is a possibility that you may be asked to pay customs duties and / or other charges by the competent authorities.
